It's amazing. All you've done is lay out Turley's voting record and even the least informed voter can plainly see his misjudgement. He is against the revitalization, rehabilitation, and redevelopment of some of our older neighborhoods. I see this as a vital error. If we can't regulate zoning laws and look after the well being of already existing neighborhoods then we can't in good conscience begin to think of creating new ones. It is plain that Turley is a developer on a mission. His seat on the council has expired.

It's hard to draw conclusions without understanding the context. Unfortunately I don't know the context of just about any of these votes. However, I have talked to Steve Turley about some of these city redevelopment initiatives. He showed me a couple of houses that were bought by the city, renovated, then sold at a loss for the purpose of increasing the owner occupancy. They had "For Rent" signs in the window at the time we looked at them. Given that kind of evidence, I would vote against them, too.
